General Overviews and Structural Data
This section includes general information on population development for all of Germany and for each of the 16 Länder.
In order to give you the opportunity to put the information compiled in chapters 1 to 3 in a general context, this section contains comprehensive overviews of population development, macroeconomic data, participation in education and the areas of employment / unemployment. You will also find structural data in an international comparison and information broken down by country. In most cases the tables contain time series that go back a long time.
